How long will my order take to arrive?

UK orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

We use trusted couriers like Royal Mail, DPD, and UPS.

Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary depending on location. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.


🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What’s your return policy?
You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags still attached.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Please visit our Return/Exchange Portal to begin. You’ll need your order number and email address.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes — exchanges are possible if the requested item is in stock. If not, we’ll issue a refund.
