Estimated delivery times:

UK: 3–5 Business Days

Europe: 5–7 Business Days

Worldwide: 7–10 Business Days

Car-sicko uses Royal Mail, DPD, and UPS for shipping. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, so please allow some flexibility. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Most UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically arrives within 2–4 business days.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email (please allow up to 48 hours). For high-value orders, tracking numbers are included in the email.

International orders may incur customs duties and fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. Please check your local import charges before placing an order.


How to Make a Return or Exchange

Returns and exchanges can be made via our Return/Exchange Portal.

To help us process your return smoothly, please carefully read our terms and guidelines below.

To initiate an exchange, include a note specifying the item you'd like in return on the return page. Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.


Return Terms & Guidelines

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original, resalable condition with tags and packaging (if applicable).

We do not cover return shipping costs for standard returns.

Please pack items securely to avoid damage in transit.

Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

We do not accept returns for items that appear worn, washed, or damaged.


International Returns

For returns from outside the UK, clearly mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges.
Car-sicko is not responsible for any return-related customs fees. Refunds are made to the original payment method.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve it.

Car-sicko will cover return shipping costs (up to £6) for any incorrect or faulty items we sent.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

Custom-made or personalized products

Personal care goods (e.g., shoe care kits)

Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)
